A construction manager (CM) serves as a consultant during the design and construction process. The CM can save you time and money by avoiding expensive change orders, delays in construction and unnecessary or inefficient costs associated with materials or design.
We will review, monitor and advise you through the entire construction process on your project. Our staff will:
- Propose alternate methods, materials, etc. for cost efficiency purposes.
- Evaluate budgets and costs.
- Constantly monitor the construction schedule and ensure the project is progressing accordingly.
- Solicit and monitor bids and make recommendations for sub contractors, if requested
- Evaluate change orders
