Robert J. Stensland, AIA, has worked over twenty-five years in architecture and construction.  Rob has a diverse background with projects ranging from educational facilities, retail and office centers, optometry clinics, and religious facilities to award-winning performing arts centers and gymnasiums.  To his credit are: the Waverly-Shell Rock Arts and Activities Center; Lutheran Services in Iowa’s Spiritual Life Center; Cedar Rapids Inc.’s manufacturing building; First Insurance Services office spaces; as well as countless churches, retail spaces and a variety of other projects.
 

Rob is a registered Architect in the following states:  Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Commonwealth of Virginia, Nebraska, New York and Wisconsin.  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Kevin McConnell, apprentice architect, has over 10 years of experience in all facets of commercial, health care, retail and industrial building types.  Kevin provides continuity between the client and the project team.  His involvement in each project ranges from programming and design to quality control and customer satisfaction.  In establishing a standard of excellence, Kevin is aggressively pursuing client satisfaction with quality design.

Having provided construction management and design services for such clients as Mauer Eye Center and D’vine Medical Spa, Kevin has a keen sense for bridging the gap between design and construction.
